The Ubermick, aka Gaz Edmunds, was born in Cork, but buggered off to America in 1996, triggering the Celtic Tiger in the process. Currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area with his newly acquired wife Tracee, when not working as a graphic designer, he enjoys soccer, mountain biking, photography, and getting fat in his old age.

This site originally used the excellent and free Wordpress theme Seashore by Sadish Bala. In fact, it’s so excellent that when I wanted to have a more customized look, I kept the vast majority of the elements in place. Credit where credit’s due!

Aside from the theme, plugins are pretty much essential, so to thanks to Rupert Morris who created the Lightbox plugin, which I’ll be using with Matt Martz’s polaroid plugin to display images from here on in. Thanks too to Peter Harkins who created the Sociable plugin that you can use to tag my rants and stupidity on social networking sites.
